“I find endless inspiration in my surroundings, and every time I see the palm trees in the Hendrick’s Gin Palace, I’m transported back to this extraordinary trip,” Gracie remarked in a news release. “It was such a remarkable journey that I had to capture it in a gin, preserving the memory forever. As someone who’s always in search of new flavors, it was fascinating to see what plants grow and thrive in an oasis."Hendrick's says to expect flavors of desert-inspired botanicals and aromatic herbs followed by a refreshing and zesty finish. The limited-edition bottling is now available at a suggested retail price of $39.99. Longtime fans of the brand have, at this point, grown familiar with its flair for exotic, one-off releases. The previous bottling in Gracie's Cabinet of Curiosities was the Grand Cabaret, a tribute to early-1900s Paris tinged with flavors of stone fruit and eau de vies. Before that, Hendrick's uncorked a Flora Adora gin soaked with hints of wildflower and coriander. Expressions in the varied series tend to be bottled at 43.4% ABV and cost little over $40.
“Its versatility shines brilliantly in cocktails – whether elevating a classic Gin & Tonic with our signature cucumber garnish or delivering a tangy thrill in the OASIUM Fizz," brand ambassador Vance Henderson added. "Fresh grapefruit juice complements the gin’s vibrant notes, resulting in a divine twist reminiscent of a Paloma, perfect for all manners of gathering together under sun or stars.”If you're interested in trying the brand's signature Oasium Fizz (ostensibly a mashup of a Paloma and a Salty Dog), find the full recipe below.
